The Scream Awards honor television shows and movies in the sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic genres. The fourth annual awards show took place on October 17th and the two biggest winners of the night were Twilight and True Blood, each of which took home 4 wins.

The show will air live on Spike TV on Tuesday, October 27 at 10:00 P.M. ET/PT. Jessica Alba, Kate Bosworth, Harrison Ford, Justin Long, Christina Ricci, Johnny Depp and Morgan Freeman are just a few of the celebrity presenters that will make appearances during the 2-hour special.
