According to Us Weekly, Robin Thicke and his wife, Paula Patton, are expecting their first child. The article did not mention how far along in her pregnancy Paula is or whether the couple knows the sex of the child. The high school sweethearts recently celebrated their four year wedding anniversary back in June. Paula is currently filming the comedy "Just Wright" alongside Queen Latifah and Common.
