Susan Boyle takes the #1 slot by a landslide for a second week in a row with sales of 527,000, after bowing last week with 701,000. Rihanna's new album, Rated R, tumbles to number 16 in its second week of release moving less than 60,000 units, representing a 70% decrease in sales. Ouch!
