Rihanna has officially been confirmed as part of the lineup of performer's for this year's American Music Awards.

The show is slated to air live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre on Sunday, November 22, one day before her fourth studio album, Rated R, arrives in stores. Rihanna has not only performed for the prestigious awards show before she also currently holds 3 AMA statuettes. Rihanna recently released her first single from the album, "Russian Roulette." There has been no word yet on whether this will be the song she performs at this year's awards ceremony.
Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Adam Lambert, The Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, and Taylor Swift have previously been announced as performers. To check out the full list of nominees go here.
