The tracks from Mariah's soon-to-be released remix version of her new CD, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel," continue to leak. "Candy Bling" features rapper/singer T-Pain. Mariah's new CD debuted at #3 last week on the charts coming in behind Barbra Streisand and Paramore. Take a listen to both versions of the song below.

During an interview this morning on the Power 105 Morning Show, T-Pain explained why he dissed Jay-Z:

"This aint the first time I done said it. Nothing has changed. I called Jay and I said can you come out on my set [during Summer Jam] and do the D.O.A song, it’ll be a big look for me and you. I embrace the song, I love the song and don’t get me wrong Jay-z is the best in the game period. I would never say anything different. At that time he said “yo I’m triple booked, I’m in Switzerland right now, I can’t do it”. Then I’m ready to go on stage after Jeezy set and they said “hold on, Jay-z is about to come out with Jeezy” and I said ” Jay-z is in switzerland”. They say “no he’s not, he’s right there” and I look to the side and there’s Jay-z. So he gets on the stage and when he gets to the part where he says “I don’t need anyone smiling at this” he pointed at me and then at the end of the song when I tried to shake his hand, he turned around, gave the mic to someone and said “good riddance”."

As for Fabolous, T-Pain says if there was a problem Fab should have approached him:

“I mean if somebody had a problem with Akon and they start dissin him then Im goin back stage and figure whats up.”(Source: Necole Bitchie)

Jay-Z has responded to reports of T-Pain dissing him while performing a DJ set in Las Vegas this past weekend.

According to New York rapper Fabolous who was in attendance, while doing his set, T-Pain reportedly said "fuck Jay-Z."

Fab took to his twitter page posting, "Yo I'm at Rehab in Vegas.. T-Pain is DJ'ing.. Sayin Fuck Jay Z, he old, blah blah.. guess its backlash from D.O.A." [Watch Video Of The Incident]

In a recent interview with Cipha Sounds & Paul Rosenberg on New York's Hot 97 station, when asked about the T-Pain allegations, Jay simply replied "I hope he had fun saying it."

In the brief snippet Jay also mentions choosing to not discuss Dame Dash and "haters" in general.

"When you hear people's gripe against me, it's always about what I didn't do for them. They never say what I did to them, it's always what I didn't do for them." (Source: SixShot)

So apparently T-Pain is a little offended by Jay-Z's D.O.A track. T-Pain was yelling "F*ck Hov" calling him "old," etc. while DJing for a party in Las Vegas. The crowd booed in response and the DJ after him proceeded to do an entire set dedicated to Jay. Fabolous was in attendance and gave his followers a play by play of the event. Frankly we at MDM are sick of autotune. It seems like non-singing singer and/or rapper + autotune = hit. Granted sometimes the autotune on a track is hot but autotune is for the most part played out, literally. Check out what Jay-Z has to say about The Game after the jump.

According to a recent interview in XXL Jay-Z talks about refusing to address the Game:

“I mean, Game, I’m his f—ing idol,” Hov says in the October issue. “If you ask him and he’s being truthfully honest with you … it’s just based off his insecurities and, for the most part, pretension. That type of competition doesn’t do…… anything for me. It’s almost like someone trying to set you up, and everyone knows they’re trying to set you up … it’s just dumb. It’s not in the spirit of competition, because he’s not competition for me. He’s not. Not then, not ever — he’d have to improve considerably. Competition for me is Nas, Eminem. Like Jim Jones? That’s ridiculous to me. So how do I respond to that? I can’t win. If I win, then they’ll be like, ‘See. Now chill. You’re a f—in’ bully.‘ And if manages to throw a haymaker from the West Coast, then it’s like, ‘Oooooh.’ It’s not even fun.”(Source: Bossip)

So Jay does realize that in making this statement he is addressing The Game? And I'm almost 100% certain that the Game will flip his top when he reads this.
