Rihanna is teaming up with Nokia, as part of a larger partnership between the telecom company and Island Def Jam, to give fans a preview of her album before it's release. The singer will perform a globally streamed live set on November 16th in an unidentified location in London. Check out more details after the jump.


"Fans can sign up at www.nokia.com/rihanna to watch the live stream, as well as download a Web widget counting down to the performance and download a mobile app from Nokia's Ovi store. The a-la-carte Nokia Music Store and unlimited Comes With Music service will offer users an exclusive version of the album with a bonus track, "Wait Your Turn," in certain territories.

"I am so excited to partner up with Nokia," said Rihanna in a statement. "They are doing some really revolutionary things with this album, enabling me to reach more fans than ever before."

"Nokia is extremely excited to collaborate with Island Def Jam and Rihanna to truly redefine the connection between artists and fans and to deliver unique experience and content across the globe," said Liz Schimel, head of global music, Nokia, in a statement. "History will be made on Nov. 16 when Rihanna performs for a global audience via Nokia's live streamed concert to officially mark the launch of her much anticipated new album." (Source: Billboard)
